Perhaps an unfinished project? This is an unusual wool dress with a midriff cutout. Has a side metal zipper. Not sure if there was supposed to be a closure to the bust that was never added. I’m sure someone can be creative and add a button or use a brooch to close. W- 28” B- 34”
