A great summer striped cotton Ellen Kaye spaghetti strap fit and flare dress. A gorgeous navy striped dress with matching rope detail at the bust and the bottom of the skirt. Fitted bodice that extends slightly past the waist to a full skirt. She has a left side metal zipper and threaded belt loop. The straps have hook and eyes on them at the back to make the dress convertible for different looks, including strapless, the hook and eyes do not appear to be original. The seam is coming undone at the top of the zipper but can easily be fixed, and there is some yellowing under the armpits and on the straps. -All measurements are taken flat, double to ensure fit. Please ensure fit prior to purchase. -Shoulder 12 inches -Bust 17 inches -Waist 17 inches -Hip 19 inches -Length 45 inches -Since items are vintage, they have crossed paths with many people.
